The Fund targets long-term capital appreciation and aims to periodically distribute dividends by investing in the securities of companies listed on the Saudi stock market and other GCC stock markets, including IPOs and secondary offerings, listed tradable rights, REITs, ETFs, and the shares of companies listed on the parallel market. The Fund also aims to invest in fixed-income instruments such as Sukuk and money market instruments, locally, in the GCC, and internationally.

Derayah Financial announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Derayah GCC growth and Income Equity Fund such change will become effective on (28/07/1446 H.), corresponding to (28/01/2025 G.)” The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: - Add the ability for the fund manager to invest in securities issued by the fund manager themselves, along with clarification regarding conflicts of interest. - Update the financial data of the fund manager. - Update the list of funds for the fund's board members, covering all other funds, and update the information of board members where applicable.
