14/01/2025Derayah Financial announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Derayah FreeStyle Fund such change will become effective on (28/07/1446 H.), corresponding to (28/01/2025 G.)” The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: - Add the ability for the fund manager to invest in securities issued by the fund manager themselves, along with clarification regarding conflicts of interest. - Include an explanation regarding the fund manager's ability to lend its securities, provided it does not exceed 30% of the fund's net asset value. - Update the financial data of the fund manager. - Update the list of funds for the fund's board members, covering all other funds, and update the information of board members where applicable.
